Russia: FAKE war alarms on TV radios of Russian provinces

Due to server hacking, false alarms about an imminent airstrike were heard in Russia's Tula province on radio stations and TV channels.
"In the Tula region, as a result of the hacking of the servers of radio stations and television channels, information about the announcement of an air strike was broadcast on the air...
"This information is false and does not correspond to reality," the authorities say.
Earlier Thursday, similar messages about alleged airstrikes due to hacker attacks on radio stations and TV channels were broadcast in Sverdlovsk and Moscow provinces.
Is it an attempt to psychologically prepare Russian citizens in one way or another for the new great patriotic war?
