Ukraine continues to strike Russian territory despite the US directive not to bomb Russian territory with Western weapons.
Kyiv is conducting drone strikes deep into Russian territory as a primary fuel storage facility in Russia's Krasnodar region went up in flames in the early hours of today, its governor said, clarifying that there were no reports of casualties.
This fire ranks among the "most difficult" to extinguish, Benjamin Kondratiev, the governor of Krasnodar, a region of southwestern Russia - opposite Ukraine -on the other side of the Azov Sea, said on the Telegram platform.
The fuel tanks are located in the village of Volna just outside the port of Taman, on the other side of the Kerch bridge across the Crimean peninsula, and supply Russian troops in the area.
