Ukraine: The Armed Forces of Ukraine are rapidly moving western armored vehicles to the contact line.

In Ukraine, there are movements of American Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, which appear to be heading for the front line. On May 6, 2023, war correspondent Alexander Simonov reported and published the corresponding video.

Simonov noted the presence of a new rapid identification symbol (tactical plate) on one of the armored vehicles, which indicates movement in the direction of the front.

 According to Russian military sources, the video shows a unit of the 47th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed in 2022 and re-equipped in early 2023.

 The unit was assumed to be transferred to the combat zone after replacing the Soviet BMP-1 with the American Bradley BMP.

It is also noted that a week ago, the Ukrainian command transferred the 82nd separate airborne assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the northwestern part of the country to the Shirokiy Lan training ground in the Mykolaiv region. This unit was equipped with German Marder infantry fighting vehicles, American Stryker armored personnel carriers, and British Challenger 2 tanks.

 The brigade may have coordinated combat in the area near the contact line.

The observed movements indicate that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is sending new brigades equipped with Western armored vehicles to the front line in anticipation of the expected counterattack.

 In the context of numerous statements from the Russian military and the authorities regarding the launch of an offensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, this is of particular concern.
