Azerbaijanis opened fire on Russian Soldiers while Armenians accepted a ceasefire in Moscow.

Armenian sources gave information through open sources that "Azerbaijani armed forces also opened fire on vehicles carrying Russian peacekeepers as they tried to evacuate women and children from Artsakh via the Berdzor/Lachin corridor, via the Hakkari bridge."

We are waiting for the information to be confirmed. 

Still, if this is the case, the Azerbaijanis will likely suffer the consequences of their action from Moscow, which is currently evacuating Artsakh from its Armenian residents.
