The Russian military destroyed five uncrewed vessels of the Ukrainian armed forces in the Black Sea that were trying to attack the Sergei Kotov ship, the Defense Ministry said.


"On September 14, 2023, at approximately 05:00, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attempted to attack the Black Sea Fleet patrol ship Sergei Kotov with five crewless vessels in the Black Sea. While repelling the attack, five enemy uncrewed vessels were destroyed by fire from the ship's standard weapons," the agency notes.

  So, on Wednesday, the Russian military destroyed and sank three Ukrainian drones in the Black Sea.


On the night of September 10, 2023, in the area of Snake Island, naval aviation attacked three Willard Sea Force speedboats with Ukrainian amphibious forces heading for the Crimean coast. Four more of the same vessels, heading for Cape Tarkankut, were destroyed on September 4, 2023.
