Panic and chaos reign at the Russia-Finland border, the only crossing still open for Russian citizens with Schengen visas.

Reports of a 35km traffic jam are growing as people try to leave the country by any means possible after Putin announced in a speech today that he will send 300,000 new troops to Ukraine on a partial basis.
